The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.

Experience:

• At-least 05 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in a comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.
• Hand-on experience in flowcharts and diagraming tools
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation including Requirements Specification Document (FDD\RSD), Change Request Document (CRD), User Manuals, system Manuals, configuration Manuals etc.

 Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Having experience in Banking/Financial Institution is a plus
• Excellent writing skills in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Visio or relevant.
• Understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures while using Microsoft Office and other related tools
• Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
• Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Create and maintain the information architecture
• Help other writers in creating documentation

Eligibility:

• We Offer competitive remuneration package geared towards attracting best talent in the market.
• Applicant should have minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable or 60% marks where percentage (conventional system) applies.
