Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.

Experience:

• At-least 3 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.
• High level of competency of Video Conferencing Especially Zoom meetings.
• Having Experience in Banking/Financial Institution is a plus.

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• An in-depth knowledge of the enterprise's video-conference and multimedia products and services.
• Strong time management, prioritization and analysis skills.
• Ability to work with within multiple computer environments, platforms and technologies related to video conferencing and remote access systems.
• This position is responsible for smooth functioning of IT equipment to improve efficiency and ensuring that users get maximum benefits from them.

Eligibility:

• Applicant should have minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable or 60% marks where percentage (conventional system) applies.
