The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Position: IT Support Engineers (Lahore, Karachi, Hyderabad)

Level: OG-II

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom, or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.

Experience:

• 03 Years of post-qualification professional experience from any reputed private/public organization
• Shall be well conversant with the General IT Operations including uptime assurance of critical network equipment, servers and applications.
• Have diversified experience in IT Network Support and RTGS Support Operations along with middle level Managerial skills preferably in Financial Institutions
• Hands on experience on configuration of network switches, routers and firewalls along with their troubleshooting and configurations
• Must be CCNA(R&S) Certified.
• Having working experience with any virtualization hypervisor is a plus

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Shall be responsible to daily routine backups of critical applications/databases and transfer them to Head Office.
• Hands on expertise on Microsoft Windows and related products.
• Knowledge of MPLS and P2P network connectivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• Will provide support to end users
