The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom, or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.

Experience:

• At-least 08 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.
• Experience in end to end project management especially in Digital Banking and integration of core banking with digital services.
• Having experience in core banking implementation is a plus
• Having experience in Banking/Financial Institution is a plus

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and other diagraming and flowchart tools.

• Competency in MS Project or other similar tool.

• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Manage scope for Core Banking Projects as per best practices

• Integration of Digital services with Core Banking.

Eligibility:

• Applicant should have minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable or 60% marks where percentage (conventional system) applies.
