Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom, or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.

Experience:

• At-least 08 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.
• 03 Year of ADC experience especially in the field of Digital fraud handling & Transaction monitoring is a must.

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Having a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• Fraud prevention, identity theft protection, authentication strategies and techniques.
• To Handle ATM base Fraud with 1-link member bank and ZTBL branches.
• To be Aware and guide users to prevent fraud.
• To be Able to utilize processes, tools and techniques for detecting, addressing and preventing fraudulent situations.
•  To Provide / recommend Payment Card security measures on the basis of nature of the complaints / issues reported and shall incorporate the same in TORs and SOPs.
• To monitor staff in control for 24/7 monitoring of digital transactions.

Eligibility:
